Stephanie Hulina ’92 Lib is a co-founder and President of GDA, a State College firm specializing in Remote Sensing applications for agriculture and the environment. She holds M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Geography from Clark University, and a B.S. in Economics from Penn State with honors from the Schreyer Honors College. Prior to starting GDA in 2004, she held positions in both private industry and the Federal Government, including the U.S. EPA and NASA Goddard Space Flight Center.
